Virgin Group

A staff party of 40,000 people, (yes 40,000 people !!!) over two weekends, with camping, bonfire, river, live stages and all the attributes of a music festival, required safety planning and management to protect attending patrons and the Virgin brand.

Working closely with the event management company, a safe environment for all was achieved through effective planning, monitoring, reviewing and implementing changes as necessary to ensure safety and fun !!
